1) Having sufficient background in basic mathematics and science and basic technical subjects, they can use the theoretical and applied knowledge in this field together for the solutions of the problems in their professional fields.
2) They have the ability to identify, define, formulate and solve the problems that are the subject of construction technicians, and the ability to choose and apply appropriate methods and techniques for this purpose.
1) Gain the skills to use basic level theoretical and practical knowledge acquired within the field in the same field of a higher education level or in a field of same level.
